Du Bois versus Booker T. Washington versus Marcus Garvey.<br>Malcolm vs. Martin.<br>Bloods vs. Crips.<br>Liberal vs. Conservative.<br>And when I was coming up, locally, it was Bond Hill vs. Avondale.<br>NatiDems represents the cease-and-desist of that tactic.<br>The only requirement to be a NatiDem is to be Black and share in the value of the progression of our community.<br>That&#8217;s why NatiDems welcomes all of our Black elected Democrats to join us.<br>For too long, we&#8217;ve been working in silos, on islands all alone.<br>NatiDems recognizes the path all of you have paved and the courage it takes for you to keep<br>pushing every day.<br>So, I say, as the coordinator of the NatiDems, we welcome:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Alicia Reece<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Iris Roley<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Jan-Michele<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Scotty Johnson<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Meeka Owens<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Cecil Thomas<br>And all of the other Black leaders and elected officials.<br>You no longer have to be on that island alone.<br>NatiDems, with you aboard, is the ship that can save us all.<br>NatiDems encourages the entire Black community to take issue with:<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Good, clean, affordable housing<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Reading levels<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Violence in our community<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">The lack of access to capital<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">The biased justice system<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">If you are tired of the Black community being first in all that&#8217;s bad and last in all that&#8217;s good,<br>Join NatiDems.<br>Let&#8217;s get rid of the rumors.<br>And demolish their divide-and-conquer tactics.<br>-Donald Washington, NatiDems Coordinator<br><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>June 10, 2026 Opening Statement- A Call for UnityDivide and conquer has been a favorite tactic of the current power structure for centuries now.When our people were in bondage, it was light-skinned Blacks versus dark-skinned Blacks.Moving forward, it was W.E.B.
